(Los Angeles, CA – May 17th, 2011) – Arthur Samuel Joseph, M.A., Communication Strategist and Voice Teacher, and creator of a proprietary method of personal empowerment called Vocal Awareness, is offering a one-day public seminar, titled “Voice Is Power”, in Los Angeles on July 30th in which the audience will benefit from the transformative power of consciously accessing personal power through vocal power.
Joseph, who for more than four decades has been coaching “A-list” celebrities and personalities in the arts, athletics, political and business worlds, is offering this specialized workshop to the public and sharing his company’s mission – Empowerment through Voice – with anyone seeking a proven method of personal and communication mastery. Joseph’s trademarked Vocal Awareness method addresses the emotional and psychological make-up of his clients, along with tackling the physical and technical aspects of voice. Current and previous students include actors such as Pierce Brosnan, Sean Connery, Angelina Jolie, and Sela Ward; world-class athletes and Olympians such as Julie Foudy, Magic Johnson, and Emmitt Smith; and business leaders Anthony Robbins and Pat Riley. Joseph has also worked with organizations including Ernst & Young, The Ritz Carlton Hotel Company, Walt Disney Imagineering, ESPN, and Access Hollywood.
The Vocal Awareness one-day seminar is considered a beginning program and designed to introduce students to the foundational elements of the Vocal Awareness method. Students will learn:
- The difference between “voice” and “Voice”.
- The transcendent power of breath.
- How to remove “white noise”.
- How to maximize your unique Voice.
- The 7-minute a day Vocal Workout.
According to Joseph, “My personal journey to Vocal Awareness came out of the challenges and opportunities I faced in my own life. I realized that by discovering and developing my unique Voice, I could convey myself in a way that embodied and expressed my innermost Self – consciously in every communication.”
The seminar will take place at the Jamaica Bay Inn in Marina Del Rey, Ca from 9:30am to 5:00pm. Class size is limited to 50 and tuition ($295 through June 30th, $345 after) includes lunch and Vocal Awareness training materials.
